With expertise bridging clinical psychology and the legal system, Dr. Weinstock provides specialized services in family law, forensic assessments, and therapeutic interventions.

Dr. Weinstock earned his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Arizona and his Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. This diverse educational background enables him to expertly navigate the complex intersection of mental health and law. He is a licensed clinical psychologist in Arizona and holds retired status as an attorney in New York and Massachusetts.

As an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Creighton University School of Medicine-Phoenix, Dr. Weinstock is dedicated to education and practice. His clinical work at Forensic Counseling & Evaluations, PLLC, focuses on forensic evaluations, parenting coordination, and therapeutic interventions, emphasizing self-actualization, behavior change, and support for families and gifted children.

Throughout his career, Dr. Weinstock has made significant contributions to his field, authoring publications on parenting plan evaluations, child custody, and the role of mental health professionals in family court. He is a frequent speaker at professional conferences, providing training on forensic ethics, child development, and high-conflict family law cases.

Dr. Weinstock is actively involved in professional leadership, serving on the boards of the Arizona Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AzAFCC), notMYkid, and as an advisory member for Child Health & Resiliency Mastery (CHARM) and Defenders of Children.
